Snapshot #2 - Thai Cub Scout Leader
I just passed this guy while coming back from our Thai Language School one day and couldn’t resist asking him for a picture. I think it was the feather in his hat that pushed me over the edge. I didn’t get to ask him his name; he seemed in a hurry.
